Building a New Diocesan Center
Work began on this project in 2004
Since the beginning of the Kadugli-Nuba Mountain Diocese in early 1980's, the diocesan center was in Kadugli. However, as the peace process gained greater likelihood of becoming a reality, it was decided that the diocesan center should be moved further south and east, to the city of Kurchy, Sourthern Kordovan. Kurchy is 30 miles from Kadugli. Here is where the new diocesan center is being built.
The Diocesan Center will include offices, a training center, a guest house, and a home for Bishop Andudu and his family.
Keep watch on this page for pictures to show the progress being made.
Cost Estimate: $20,000 Amount raised in 2004: $6,800
